Two ways to do this. In studio, privately. Or at your office, everyone through in a day. All prices include GST.
In studio — private sessions.
Individual and small teams. After-hours by arrangement. Nobody else in the room and no queue outside the door.
On location — team days.
Your office, your boardroom, your floor. One setup, one image each, the whole team through in a day. On-location pricing:
- Up to three people — $1,135 flat, setup included.
- Four to twenty-four — the session rates above, plus a flat $250 setup. Six people: $1,420.
- Twenty-five to forty — the session rates plus setup, capped at $5,500 total. You pay the per-person total or the cap, whichever is lower.
- Larger teams — get in touch.
- Travel within 30km of Roselands included. Beyond that, at cost.
The setup is one load-in, one lighting build, one pack-down — the same work whether we photograph five people or forty. Most studios fold this into a quote. We publish it: $250, flat.
One day, forty sessions
A brand day is one shoot with a moving subject. A team day is up to forty individual sessions run back to back — consistent lighting held for every face, then a separate selection and retouch for each person. Different work, priced as what it is.
What retouching means here
Every session includes colour and exposure correction, blemish and distraction removal, stray hair, subtle eye and teeth work, and background clean-up.
Permanent features — moles, scars, marks — are removed on request. We ask rather than assume. They're yours to keep or lose, and that isn't a decision to make on someone else's face.
Natural retouching. We don't reshape faces or bodies.

Proofs
You see everything worth seeing. At least 25 proofs from an individual session, at least 15 from a small group, at least 10 per person on a team day. Those are floors, not targets.
New starters
Shot with us before? New hires are covered at small-team pricing — $295 per person in studio. On location, the up-to-three flat rate applies.

Studio or on-location, throughout Sydney. Per-service pricing, with a small differential for on-location work.

Force Majeure
Acts of nature, illness, or other events beyond our control are exempt from cancellation fees. We'll work with you to reschedule.
