### What's the difference between in-studio and on-location pricing?
On-location: portrait and family sessions add $80–$100 to the in-studio rate. Personal Branding is the same price in studio or on location. Headshots add a flat $250 on-location setup — see the Headshots section; on location, up to three people is $1,135 flat with setup included, and from four people it is the per-person rate plus the $250 setup. In-studio and on-location sessions deliver the same image count and editing standard. Travel within 30km of Roselands Shopping Centre is included in the on-location rate; beyond 30km is invoiced at cost and quoted upfront in your proposal.

Product Photography is priced per product, from $75 AUD per product, with a 5-product minimum. Clean white background, multi-angle, e-commerce ready. Larger catalogues (50+ products) are quoted on enquiry with volume rates.

### Do you offer drone photography as an add-on?
Yes. Standalone drone sessions are from $350 AUD. As an add-on to any other shoot (real estate, brand, event), drone is from +$250 AUD. Licensed CASA-certified drone operations.

### Do you do family portraits?
Yes. Family photography is one of our core services. We photograph families, couples, milestones, and multigenerational portraits. Sessions can be held in our private Sydney studio, at a location of your choice, or in the comfort of your own home — we bring all professional lighting and equipment to you.

### Can you do a photoshoot at my home?
Absolutely. In-home portrait sessions are one of our most popular options for families, and personal milestones. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and all equipment to your home anywhere across Sydney so you can capture real memories in a space that means something to you.

### Do you travel to my location?
Yes. 90% of our equipment is mobile. We shoot on-location anywhere across Sydney — homes, offices, cafes, restaurants, construction sites, properties, parks, events, and outdoor locations.

### Do you have a studio?
Yes. We operate a fully equipped boutique studio in Sydney with professional lighting, backdrops, and a private changeroom. Ideal for family portraits, headshots, personal branding, and product photography.

### How do I book a session?
Submit an enquiry through our website or email hello@elitemedia.studio. We respond by the next business day with availability and a quote. A 50% Booking Fee confirms your booking.

### What are your payment terms?
A 50% Booking Fee confirms the booking and secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before shoot day. Commercial clients with formal procurement requirements can request Net 14 or Net 30 terms on the balance.

### What is your cancellation policy?
Three-tier structure: more than 14 days' notice the Booking Fee is forfeited only; 7–14 days' notice adds 25% of the remaining balance; less than 7 days adds 50% of the remaining balance. Force majeure events bypass fees entirely and include a Booking Fee refund.

### Do I get copyright of my images?
Elite Media Studio retains copyright as the creator. You receive a usage licence appropriate to your needs. Personal shoots include full personal use rights. Commercial licensing is structured in four tiers — see [Licensing](https://elitemedia.studio/licensing) for details.

### What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround per package — Foundation: 7 business days. Studio Day: 10 business days. Campaign: 14 business days. Real estate and drone: 5 business days. Retainer projects are scheduled per project. We provide a confirmed timeline in your proposal and deliver on schedule.

### Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. Rush Delivery is available as a paid add-on at +25% on the base rate, delivering finished images within 48 hours. Available on photography sessions delivering up to 30 images. Multi-day campaigns, Studio Day, and short-form video are excluded. Subject to our schedule and must be requested at the time of booking. Faster turnaround tiers (24-hour, same-day) are quoted on request.

### Do you charge for travel?
Travel within 30km of Roselands Shopping Centre is included at no extra cost. Travel beyond 30km is invoiced at cost — quoted upfront in your proposal so there are no surprises.

### Do you offer discounts for returning clients?
Yes. Returning clients receive 10% off the base rate on any future session. Just mention it when booking.

### Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Refer a new client and you receive $100 credit toward your next shoot. They receive 10% off their first session. They mention your name when reaching out and we apply both discounts.

### Can you use my photos in your portfolio?
By default we may feature your shoot in our portfolio and on our social media (subject to your usage licence terms). If you need confidentiality — pre-launch product, sensitive client work, personal preference — let us know before the shoot and we will honour it. Confidentiality may incur a small additional fee depending on scope.

### Do you shoot video as well as photography?
Yes. Short-form video is one of our core services — Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and brand video content. Photography and video are equal pillars of the studio's work.

### Are you licensed for drone photography?
Yes. We hold all required certifications for commercial drone operations in Australia and provide aerial photography and video for real estate, construction, developments, and events.

### Can I book a photographer for my child's birthday party?
Yes. We cover kids birthday parties, christenings, graduations, and family celebrations across Sydney. We come to your venue or home with all professional equipment and capture every moment. You get a professionally edited gallery delivered after the event.
